30th Fit India’Sundays on Cycle’to Be Held on July 6 Across India

New Delhi, India – The 30th edition of Fit India Sundays on Cycle will take place on July 6, 2025, across 6,000+ locations in India. This weekly fitness event is organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and now includes Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) to promote healthy living and community participation.

Over 50,000 people are expected to join in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and other state capitals. The main event in New Delhi will start at 7 AM from Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, covering areas like India Gate and Vijay Chowk.

Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said the goal is to promote cycling, walking, and yoga to fight lifestyle diseases and reduce pollution.

The event is supported by SAI, Khelo India, and local sports centers to encourage a fit and active India.
