Adani Enterprises Q1 EBITDA Rises on Strong Airport and Green Energy Growth

Ahmedabad, July 31– Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the main company of the Adani Group, reported a 5% year-on-year increase in EBITDA from its new and growing businesses. These businesses earned ₹2,800 crore in the April–June quarter (Q1 FY26), making up 74% of the company’s total EBITDA for the quarter.

Overall, AEL recorded a consolidated EBITDA of ₹3,786 crore and a profit before tax (PBT) of ₹1,466 crore, with total income standing at ₹22,437 crore.

Chairman Gautam Adani said, “Adani Enterprises is now one of the world’s top infrastructure incubators. The rise in earnings from our incubating businesses shows how strong and scalable our model is.”

A key driver of growth this quarter was the company’s airports business. It saw a 61% jump in EBITDA compared to the same period last year, reaching ₹1,094 crore.

Gautam Adani added that major infrastructure projects like Navi Mumbai International Airport, a new copper plant, and the Ganga Expressway will soon begin operations. These are part of Adani’s plan to build advanced, world-class infrastructure that supports India’s development.

However, AEL also mentioned that some results were affected by lower trade volumes and price changes in its IRM (Integrated Resource Management) and mining businesses.

In clean energy, Adani New Industries Ltd (ANIL) achieved important milestones. It received its first order for 300 MW of its new 3.3 MW wind turbine model. ANIL also supplied 1 GW of India’s largest 5.2 MW wind turbines and set up the country’s first 5 MW off-grid green hydrogen plant.

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) raised \$1.75 billion through external commercial borrowings (ECBs) and project financing to support airport expansion. During the quarter, Mumbai airport received its new tariff order for FY25–FY29. Seven new flight routes and two airlines were added.

AEL expects to launch several major infrastructure assets this year, which should boost future earnings and add long-term value.
