India Exports Toys to 153 Countries, New Government Scheme Coming Soon

New Delhi, India – India now exports toys to 153 countries, including the USA, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands, said Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal.

Toy exports grew by 239% from 2014 to 2023, while imports dropped by 52%, showing strong growth in India’s toy industry.

The government is planning a new scheme to promote Indian toys globally. This will support local manufacturers and create more jobs in India.

India’s toy industry is becoming a global player with help from the Make in India and Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiatives.
