India Sees Big Rise in Global Capability Centres – Report

Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India have grown a lot since 2015. A report says there has been a 308% rise in the number of GCCs in the country.

These centres provide IT, business, and support services to global companies. Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Delhi-NCR have most of these centres.

Experts say India’s skilled talent, good infrastructure, and cost benefits attract companies to set up GCCs here. Many new jobs are also created due to this growth.

The report shows that with rising digital and tech needs, more companies will continue to open GCCs in India in the coming years.
