UltraTech Cement’s Chief Legal Officer Resigns
Mumbai, July 5 – UltraTech Cement, India’s leading cement company, has announced that its Chief Legal Officer (CLO), Puneet Bansal, has resigned.
The company informed stock exchanges that Bansal’s resignation will be effective from July 19, 2025. The reason for his resignation was not disclosed in the company’s official filing.
UltraTech Cement thanked Bansal for his services and said it will announce a replacement soon.
