Kevin Jonas Lost Nearly All His Money After Band Breakup

Kevin Jonas has shared that he lost almost all his money after the Jonas Brothers split up in 2013. He spoke about it on Lewis Howes’ podcast “The School of Greatness” with his brothers Nick and Joe.

Kevin said that when he was younger, he made business deals without fully understanding money. These deals led him to lose nearly everything he had. When the host asked if he really lost it all, Kevin replied, “Yeah, most of it, down to the last 10 percent.”

He explained that around nine years ago, he invested in many properties and was building things, but he chose the wrong business partner. Because of this, he lost almost all his money. However, Kevin said he learned many lessons from the experience.

He feels lucky that the Jonas Brothers got back together, which gave him a second chance. Kevin called it “kind of fortuitous,” meaning it was like good luck.

The Jonas Brothers became famous in 2005 when they started touring. Their first album It’s About Time came out in 2006. They starred in Disney’s Camp Rock in 2008 and its sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam in 2010. They also had TV shows like Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream and Jonas. But in 2013, the band broke up before reuniting later.
